Potrero Hill Shoring and Excavation

This project in the Potrero Hill neighborhood of San Francisco consisted of drilling thirteen 24" diameter piers ranging from 20'-35' in depth. Steel soldier piles and lagging boards were then installed as the excavation for the new addition progressed. A total of 720 cubic yards of material were exported from the site. The existing home and steep grade made this a logistically challenging project. G-Core completed the work in 20 working days.

San Carlos Commercial Building Demoliton

This project consisted of the demolition of a one story commercial building and the removal of an abandoned storm drain that ran below the property. The cavity was then backfilled and compacted to allow for the construction of a new 4 story multiunit building.
